I would like to formally inform you that I am currently providing support for both the AMC and Service Delivery departments. Additionally, I am in the process of preparing for the Huawei Presales Certification Exam. I have also been developing a solution for deploying an appropriate Syslog Server, tailored to multiple vendors, for one of our clients. Given the variety of Syslog solutions available, I had to conduct thorough testing and research and development (R&D) to identify the most suitable option for our client. This work has involved both onsite and remote activities, starting from the second week of March, as I was assigned. Consequently, this has led to a minor delay in my timeline and attendance.
